Pet care experience
I have been taking care of neighbors pets since I was 7! I am most experienced with dogs and cats. I had a dog of my own for a few years and know they are important parts of a family! I love to go on long walks and make sure the zoomies get out of their systems! I have experience with training puppies and love to teach tricks.

Kiera was fabulous! It’s the first time my 4 crazy dogs were left with someone other than an immediate family member over night and Kiera took great care of them. They were happy and very calm when I returned home- that tells me they enjoyed her visit for sure!
Kiera was amazing with our goldendoodle! She was so friendly and easy going, Remy found a new friend right away. When we returned home, he was so happy and had clearly gotten plenty of playtime and attention, and somehow the house was even cleaner than we left it, lol. Kiera sent lots of update photos, which we loved, and included him in all kinds of adventures - Remy is a happy camper, we completely trust her with our pup/house and hope we can have her hang with him again!

I am always careful to follow the safety instructions of your pet to make sure they are not harmed while I am not present with them. I always double check crates and gates and fences to make sure no issues will occur. I also make sure to never feed pets any food other than what is instructed. Safety comes before puppy dog eyes!

It is extremely important for me to know any irregular allergies, medication or other medical conditions. I also like to know if there are any behaviors or extreme dislikes to watch out for with your pets!
A typical day
I love to play with dogs and ensure they do not become bored. Stimulation and playing are key to a healthy and smart woofer! I love teaching tricks such as “hug”, “yoga”, or “gopher” that normally dogs don’t know! I also love to take dogs to the beach or a field to run in (if they can be off leash or fenced in)!

Availability
I work part time currently but am able to do morning walks and play time as well. My late afternoons and evening would be dedicated to spending quality time with the furry friend and making sure their needs are met!
