Kiele did really well with our Siberian Husky Bo and our German Shepherd Duke. She also brought in our packages and kept us up to date with the boys by sending us pictures of them which is very much appreciated.

I didn’t feel that Keile paid attention to detail and I didn’t find her to be a strong communicator, which was annoying. I wanted her to walk my dog and feed her twice a week. I asked that she not allow my dog to bring her outdoor toys into the house. I set up a “practice” week when I was around in case Keile had questions. She failed to show up the second “practice” time. She said she got confused, and that happens, but also I feel like it wasn’t a great excuse because the Rover app is reminding her to come walk my dog. The next time she let the dog bring outside toys in the house. After that I was concerned that maybe she was forgetting to feed the dog. I texted her to verify, and in fact she had not been feeding the dog. At this point I felt like I was babysitting the babysitter. Final issue was I needed to the date of a walk and verify Keile could do some new ones. She never replied to any of my texts. I would not recommend Keile.
