Kiarra was excellent! She responded quickly to my message. I wasn’t able to meet her before but I knew from our exchange of messages that she was friendly and serious about giving great care and attention to my four legged friend. I was out of town and Kiarra picked up my dog for care. She sent me pictures and text updates during the day and night as to how their day was going. I was so happy to see pictures and she went above and beyond what I expected! This was my first time using Rover and I am so grateful I found Kiarra. Kiarra is not only a life savor, she was amazing with our baby girl Layla (11 month old chocolate lab); and she’s simply a pleasure to work with. We had a trip planned for Mexico and she was able to watch Layla on a few hours notice for the entre weekend. Layla had also became sick with kennel cough the day before we had our travel arrangements, so you can bet it was harder than ever to have some one new care and nurse our baby whole we were gone. I felt a genuin trust with her from the min we started communicating, and it lasted throughtout the entire time! I highly recommend Kiarra for all dog sitting needs only if you want the best care, love and FUN for you pup while they are away from home.
