Pet care experience
Hablo español :) I have been a dog lover all my life. I began volunteering with dogs at 12 years old with SPCALA. In my adult life I continued volunteering while pursuing my Psych degree at my Alma mater in Georgia. This is where I began fostering dogs at Atlanta Humane Society. I fostered about 12 dogs. Anywhere from those cute little puppies you see. To the big adult dogs that needed a break from shelter life. I literally loved it. When I came back home to Cali to purse my career. I knew I still wanted to be involved with being around animals. And knowing I wouldn’t be able to commit to being a full time dog mom, I began volunteering for Michelson Found Animals to get my dog fix. Now, I currently work for a non profit that funds services for children with special needs. Although I love what I do I am really looking forward to being able to get to help some pet parents in my spare time.

This is our first puppy and our first time using rover and let me tell you that Kiara is the best! She is on time, communicates, and truly cares about our puppy. She sends lots of photos and videos along with detailed updates. I can rest easy at work know that’s my puppy is in good hands. Thank you Kiara!
Kiara was great! She saved my vacation last minute and with very short notice after my original dog sitter got sick. Most importantly though, is how comfortable Dallas was with her. She sent me several pictures and videos every day and Dallas looked so happy in all of them. I'll be using Kiara from now on, as Dallas loved her. Book her and you'll quickly realize your pup is in great hands!
Kiara was absolutely AMAZING. Friendly, warm, reliable, trust worthy and really had great communication with us and bonded well with our dogs. She quickly learned our routines and maintained while we were out of town for 2 weeks. She fed, walked, cleaned the backyard, kept our two pups company and proved to be an excellent caretaker and companion while we were gone. We received regular updates, photos, and she quickly contacted us if there were any concerns or questions. When we arrived home all was well and I’m pretty sure my dogs were looking for her more so than us after they bonded so well. We certainly plan to request her services again for our next trip. We have and will continue to refer her for our friends and family. It was amazing being able to enjoy our trip knowing without any doubt that our dogs were in great hands!
Kiara was absolutely stunning with Nikko, I was blown away with seeing how attentive and caring she was with him. I instantly knew he was in good hands, Nikko quickly adapted. She had great communication skills and makes sure you’re 100% comfortable before making any decisions. Throughout the walk Kiara kept me updated and gave me a heads up before it was time for his walk to end. Overall Kiara is amazing and I look forward to keep booking Nikkos walks with her ! :)
