Kiana did not do a good job watching our dogs. Every day she complained about something new. She made my wedding/honeymoon so stressful that we had to find someone new to watch them. She got mad at us because she was late for work when our dogs escaped when we were paying her to watch our dogs and the house sit. She barely made time for them. Our house was a mess when we came home. One of our dogs had diarrhea in his kennel and on the rug, and she barely cleaned it up. We canceled her early and got charged a $200 cancellation fee for scrappy service. I was not happy about that. We already paid her for a few days of service and the fee. It made me not want to use rover again.

Kiana was amazing. We had several dead ends trying to find a dog and house sitter for our 3 dogs (one elderly and on meds) for a Christmas vacation before we found her and I'm glad we did! She took great care of both our home and our pups - she even kept up with my large plant collection, making sure their little reservoirs stayed full so my jungle didn't die while we were gone! Our house was neat and tidy when we returned and our pups were well taken care of while we were gone. 10/10!
