I've house sat for a number of people over the last six years and am a dependable 26yr old. Some of my house sitting jobs have been mundane, others were challenging. It was working for the more challenging ones that has sparked my passion for hosting and prepared me for all eventualities in this role. As a house sitter I spent the four years caring for a family house in Joliet periodically. The owner had 31 shi-tzu and a German Shepard on a three achier farm. (It was a unique little set up) 1-3 dogs would usually be pregnant at a time and of course there was always some number of puppies that ranged from newborn to ready for new homes. The dogs had a specific schedule that needed to be adhered to to maintain their health, safety and happiness. There was also the house duties and cleaning that needed to be attended to, potential puppy owners needed to be given meet and greets and a detailed description of the encounter had to taken for the owner to go over with in a phone conference or on the when he returned. Schedule is pretty flexible Mornings and nights and through out the weekend. Walks as long as 40 minutes Food and medication
