We accept puppies!
Pet care experience
We strive to only accept pets from one household at a time so that while your puppy or adult doggo is here they are truly a member of our family and receive the same love and attention as our own pup. I take great joy in helping puppies navigate all the wounderful learning of those first two years. Our house is prepared for curious noses, incoming teeth, and joyful jumping. I am great at providing a good balance of cuddles, playtime, and boundaries that will make your pup feel safe and loved. I have two daughters who love helping care for your pup. Our golden is a puppy as well and is ready to help burn that puppy energy!
Reviews
We really appreciate this great family helping to care for our pup. Kia is a sharp, experienced, caring professional who knows K9. We have less experience and valued helpful feedback to our questions so we can be good guests. Highly recommend.
I loved that I got multiple pictures a day of what fun activities my dog was doing while I was gone. I also appreciated that I felt like I could easily and openly communicate with Kia! I would definitely recommend and board my pup with her again!!
The family is very nice and friendly. However we did not have a great experience. We left our 8 month old golden retriever for 5 days. We got daily update 2 days, the next 2 there was nothing so I had to ask. Her basic needs were taken care of which we appreciated, but we were told when we picked her up it didn’t go well. That their puppy was stressed and frustrated with our puppy, and not mature enough to have a pup younger than her for long periods of time, and they had to keep them separate. Our puppy has been friendly and playful with every person and puppy she has ever met, we’ve never had issue before. May go better if your puppy/dog is older than theirs, or you do a shorter stay.
Thank you!! You and your family were excellent, you took care of Snowy. Updating us regularly. We felt like Snowy was in great hands while we were away!

I have a fully fenced yard and a friendly golden retriever that is sure to wear your pup out with a good play in the yard. That said, she is great at reading boundaries and will give your pup space if they want it. There is also a small fence that divides the yard if the pups need some outdoor time apart. Your pup will have full time access to their crate. We will go on a walk once a day. I usuly use a walking rout that has almost zero traffick for pups who are still leash training or need a quieter walk. Feeding can be on a custom schedule.

Information Kia G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog had any special needs, medications, or unique behaviors ahead of time so that I can prepare. An ideal pup friend in our home would be 2 years or younger, love to play with kids and dogs, potty trained (or mostly trained), and some basic walking training.
A typical day
Our typical days for pups starts with breakfast at 7am. Then they spend time getting ready for the day with my family. After that it's usually time for a morning pup nap. For dogs who are not napping it means backyard playtime. Mid day means a minimum 30min walk or trip to the park. Afternoon can mean nap if there was no morning nap, running errands in the car with the family, or more backyard playtime. Evening means dinner at 4pm and playing with the family as we wind down for the day.
