Welcome to Khris's Doggy Day Camp Khris's Doggy Day Camp is a Los Angeles based pet Airbnb established in 2018.  We offer complementary dog training, indoor/outdoor facility in a loving home setting.  With over 15 years of dog handling experience that encompasses all types, ages, sizes, and temperaments, we have seen it all. We are dedicated to the overall well-being of your dog. We are here to make sure they are happy and safe while you are away.  Your pet will experience constant care and supervision by our highly skilled and experienced handlers.  We provide a safe and fun environment where your dog will socialize and play with other balanced dogs. We treat your dogs like our own; providing love, boundaries and stimulating activities while they are in our care. While we work with dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds, we specialize in puppies!  The first year of a puppy’s life is incredibly important for 1) establishing the do's and don’ts of their new world and 2) for building the foundation of who they will become as an adult dog. From puppies to senior citizens, this is the best exercise you can give to your dog. A swim session rejuvenates your dog’s body and mind. As a form of zero-impact exercise, water relieves any weight or strain on dog’s joints. It relaxes the body and improves mobility. It might surprise you but do you know that ONE minute of swimming is the equivalent of about 4 minutes of running? WE GET WET, YOU STAY DRY! Your dog will never be alone in the water! One of our swim handlers will be in the pool with your pet to make this experience fun and safe. Did I mention fun? We can’t wait to meet you and your k9! We have plenty of toys, and thousands of gallons of warm water! SERVICE’S & PRICING ASSISTED SWIM [$50.00] Swim handlers works in the water with your dog to assist him/her with swimming, staying in the pool, or feeling comfortable and confident in the water. Depending on your dogs needs our swimming handlers will concentrate on physical theraphy, conditioning, motivation or open water/pool skills. The first swim is always New Client Initial Swim so we can evaluate the dogs water/pool abilities. OPEN SWIM [$25.00] Dogs that are able and motivated to swim and stay in the pool without a handler. It usually involves retrieving games, working with the treats or just swimming for pure enjoyment. If your dog is self motivated in the water he may qualify for open swims. Every dog must get qualified by our swim coaches before booking an OPEN SWIM.
