Pet care experience
Throughout my life span, I have owned 15 pets: 5 lizards, 8 fish, a hedgehog, a cat, 6 dogs, a scorpion, and a guinea pig. I studied animal science with a concentration in animal biology at MSU, following the pre-vet track. I’ve yet to meet an animal that I don’t get along with- it’s like we just click. I’m a very caring person that loves pets! If I could, I’d be a zookeeper. A lot of things I know about pet care I have learned in a Companion Animal Biology and Management class, from stress to diseases to development, etc. There couldn’t be a more perfect friend to watch your pal! I cannot convey how grateful I am to Khelsi for taking care of Bruno over the last 3+ weeks during which I not only needed to recover from knee replacemtn surgery but came to understand that I needed to find a new home for my pup who I could no longer manage post surgery. This was not an easy task in any way but Khelsi's willingness to provide a safe and loving home while I both regained my ability to get around but also find a family that would welcome Bruno felt heroic...It all worked out but a difficult process would have definitely been much worse without Khelsi's kindness and flexibiity. I am very, very, very grateful.
Khelsi was great, communicative, and sent me lots of pics! My neighbor told me that she could tell the dogs loved her when they all came outside. ❤️

I enjoy walks in neighborhoods, around blocks or small parks. I like to play fetch and tug a war! Catering to your pets’ wants and needs are my number one goal.
