Thank you taking care of Karma and Peace in my absence. I wish I could give a great review but there were some serious items missed. The dogs did not receive their daily dose of dasuquin. I arrived home to find the doors only had the dead bolt locked not the door handle— the alarm was on. The dog pans were on the counter and obviously rinsed not washed due to a pool of water on the counter. The counter has food debris, their food mat had crumbs left there and was not properly cleaned to prevent bugs. I asked that the ceiling fans downstairs NOT be turned off and they were— one fan I placed strategically to encourage flow to the second flow vent system to keep the room very comfortable. I did get a text stating you had a allergic reaction to my sheets — I did ask for pics — non provided. I asked if it rained to please dry their dogs feet using the towel in the bin next to the downstairs door. I have visible red dirt foot on the floors downstairs— the towel was never used. . I took the time to type up everything in a folder that was very detailed and it was not followed but you stated you read it. I am not sure that is the case when every detail was listed and it was if nothing was provided. The TV in the basement was also turned off. When asked why she laughed and said she didn’t know what remote to use so this basically means for 6 days they listened to silence in a space with lights on?. Additionally, the dogs did not brush their teeth daily as requested— using Dentastix. I am clear that the time required to care for them was obviously rushed. I wish you well and hope that as you are scheduled to care for other dogs — that following the prescribed process is considered. Thankful my vacation was not any longer than it was.
