Pet care experience
Getting to work with animals is simply one of my greatest joys in life! I love being around them and helping them thrive, so having the ability to work with them professionally is really a dream come true for me. Although I don’t have any pets of my own at the moment, it’s always been very important to me to try to give back however I can to help keep animals happy and healthy! One of the best aspects of me as a sitter is that I’m currently offering full-time availability! I want to concentrate fully on the animals that I’m taking care of, so I’m happy to offer you and your pups my complete and undivided attention. Because of that, I’m a great fit for pups that are used to having a human presence around them during the day, and for dogs that would benefit from having a lot of attention. Above all, I’m just happy to make sure they get all the freedom and exercise they need! When your pup is under my wing, it’s my duty to make them feel as happy and comfortable as possible. Even before we meet, I like to get as much information from owners, so I can see just what makes your pup tick. I typically prefer to schedule meet-and-greets, which allow us to make sure that we’re a good fit for one another. During the meet, I love to take it easy and let your pooch know that I’m a welcome presence -- before spoiling them with treats! During the stay, I always like to keep pups happy and entertained and follow whatever makes them the most happy!

Left my Husky Loona with Khailia for a week while I was in Europe and she had a blast! Lots of walks/run to tire her out and many belly rubs and fun times. Loved the way she cared for my dog as well followed the rules/instructions I have her on how to care for her the same way I do! I will be bringing her back for my next trip!
Best dog walker ever! I left my pup with her for the whole weekend and she took great care of him! Will definitely be bringing Ginger back again whenever I leave out of town. Thanks Khailia!

Great sitter. We dropped our dog off for a three day stay in San Diego and was really easy and Khailia was very friendly. Our dog was very calm and clearly enjoyed his stay.

For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? - Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? - Is your dog spayed/neutered? - Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? - What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? - What’s the best way to spoil your pup?l RULES AND REGULATIONS: #1 (During boarding) If your pup Destroys any house hold items there will an extra fee of $25 not including the amount for their stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. #2 (During boarding) if you cancel last minute (1 day before - a few hours before the drop off) there will be a cancellation fee of $10. #3 (During house visit) if you cancel that minute there will be a cancellation fee of $15 #4 If your pup is NOT FULLY POTTY TRAINED OR HOUSE TRAINED please let me ahead of time.
A typical day
I am a very active sitter, so I’m a perfect match for pups that love to get out and about! I absolutely love to have fun in the sun and go for lots of runs, so any pup that enjoys high-energy playtime will be happy to spend time with me. There are tons of great places nearby for us to explore, like the park that’s right by my house or even the dog park! I love heading to the dog park, as there is just no shortage of fun pups to meet and friends to be had! No matter what, your pup will always be tired at the end of the day when they stay with me.
