I've been a professional Pet sitter and dog walker for the past 4 years, working for Your Pet Nanny while living in Connecticut. I recently moved to the Central New Jersey area to pursue the career of my dreams at the school of my dreams, Westminster Choir College. I'm looking to expand my network while taking care of one of the biggest parts of your family and helping to put your mind at ease. Having many years of experience, I take this responsibility and privilege of taking care of your home and family very seriously. Not only do I see it as a responsibility, but as a promise that I will take care of you and your pets as if you were my own family. I have taken care of many pets that have anxiety and behavior issues, and find myself to be quite comfortable in those situations. Pets of all sizes and shapes are welcome!

I do prefer a "meet and greet" in your home before I begin my relationship with your dog. That way, I can meet you and your dog in a place they are already comfortable, and I can get to know all the little quirks and loveable things about them! Unfortunately, the complex that I live in does not allow the following breeds: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dogs, Doberman Pinschners, German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, and any mixes of the breeds listed above. I will take care of any dog, no matter the breed, but if they fall into the breeds listed above, I cannot let them stay in my home. Alternatively, I can still take care of them in your home for the same price.
A typical day
When I'm first getting to know a dog, I love to take them to some of their favorite spots to help them get more comfortable with me. Once your dog is comfortable with me, one of my favorite special destinations for a walk is the Delaware Raritan Canal Park in Princeton. I especially love this area in autumn when the leaves are falling!
