Growing up with dogs, cats, and exotics in the household led me to a lifelong passion for animals. I am experienced with general care for ferrets, reptiles, fish, hamsters, gerbils, and sugar gliders in addition to dogs and cats. I have no problem administering medications and love getting to know new animals on their terms. My family has always adopted shelter pets and I believe strongly that we can help out fur babies be their best selves through positive reinforcement. In addition to all I have learned from my fur babies, I also foster for local shelters and have learned how to quickly identify and address health issues from this work. As a nature lover, I've acquired quite a green thumb when I'm not working on our bees our out in nature While I am looking for my dream job in environmental policy, I am hoping to spend more time with animals through Rover.
