Pet care experience
I'm an extremely patient and caring animal lover who is a firm believer that constant and open communication is important in ensuring that pet owners have peace of mind while they are away from their furry best friend (i.e., you will get daily pictures/videos and updates). No other animals in the house and I will only be boarding pets from one family/owner at a time so your pet(s) will get ALL the love and attention. Although I have not had the privilege of owning my own pet (I blame my little brother for being allergic), I walked and provided doggy day care to a service dog in training during college.

Kevin is a fantastic sitter. He watched our dog at our apartment for 10 days and sent us tons of great photo updates each day. He was extremely responsive and made it easy for us to be away for so long knowing she was getting great care. He also went above and beyond accommodating our difficult flight schedule. We came home to a very happy pup and our apartment looking spotless. Highly recommend Kevin and would absolutely book with him again!
Great drop in visit with Kevin. He asked really thoughtful questions about Poppy’s care and was really accommodating to her unique needs. He sent us photo updates and was great with Poppy. We look forward to his next visit!
Kevin was reassuring and made it easier for me to leave my dog with him for two weeks. I received regular updates with plenty of pictures and video. His space is great and my dog loved his fetch sessions in the front yard space. I’d definitely reach out to Kevin for future trips.

Safety is my number one priority. My home is a bi-level condo (approximately 1200 square feet) which has ample space for your dog to play, eat, and relax. Dogs are allowed to be on the two couches upstairs and in my bed. I also have a fenced in patio (for sunbathing) and a fenced in front lawn (for quick potty breaks). With your permission, I can take your dog to the dog park by Carson Beach to play and socialize. While there I'm always vigilant to make sure that the other dogs are playful and not acting aggressively. I immediately leave the area if the dog under my care feels uncomfortable or is not reciprocating in play. If your dog ever feels anxious or unsafe during their stay, I will do anything I can to make them feel right at home!

Open to boarding all types of dogs - young dogs, senior dogs, small dogs, gentle giants - and cats. Please make me aware of any likes and dislikes that make your furry best friend their unique self. Additionally, please let me know ahead of time of any behavior - i.e., friendly towards bigger dogs, friendly towards cats, food possessive. etc.
A typical day
I am an extremely active person and love to go on long walks/runs along the beach and through the many green spaces sprawled across Boston. Impromptu work breaks throughout the day will entail games of fetch and tug-of-war. However, the activities will always be catered to your dog's needs and energy level!

Availability
I will be WFH for the foreseeable future so there will be plenty of mini-walks and impromptu play sessions spread throughout the day. In addition, my girlfriend, who's currently in law school, has a flexible schedule so your dog will never be left alone. She grew up with five dogs (Ayla & Ryan, Dexter, Onyx and Coco - German Shepherds, Chocolate Lab, Papillon, and Beagle respectively) and has lots of experience. She can be usually found on the couch curled up with her nose in a textbook - she would love to have a companion!
