Dog loving Family with 2 Spaniels.
Pet care experience
My Wife & I have had dogs since 2004 (Ollie, a Springer spaniel) & my wife Natalie grew up with dogs in her family. We have a 22 year old daughter & a 12 Year old Son. Your dog must be OK with both children & other dogs. We adopted our a second dog in 2015 (Bella, a Cocker) after her previous family could no longer care for her. First dog sadly passed away in 2017 and Bella was a single dog until we got Wallie (Another Springer, yes we must be mad!) in 2019 just before Lockdown. We may be able to accommodate two dogs, subject to meeting them, their nature/breed etc…
Reviews
Our minds were at total ease whilst Leo was with Kevin and his family! Lots of updates with photos - Leo was very well cared for and had a lovely holiday of his own whilst we were away. 100% recommend this boarder and we’ll be using again, thank you ☺️
All very good.
Benson had a great time with Kevin and family. They sent us photo's and a video of him and looking like he was very "at home". Will definitely use them again if they so wish, Ron and Sandra.
Our dog/Xas seems had been pampered and relaxing week with Kevin and his family. We were updated with pictures and messages frequently and Cas seems have a good , relaxing time. He was back with us clean and happy. Many thanks

We have a secure fenced garden which has a bolted gate. We have a porch which has a doorway to the hallway which can be closed before the front door is opened (No unwanted escapes!) We live near a large playing field where we often exercise our dogs, or farmers fields which have public bridleways. Theres also secluded walks away from roads nearby.

Information Kevin A. would like to know about your pet
First and foremost, your dog MUST be OK around children! Our son is very good with our dogs but will often have his face very close to your dogs face, we know the temperement of families and friends dogs but we dont know your dog (Yet) and would like some assurances that he & us can do this without concern. We need to know if your dog is anxious or doesn't like affection as our Cocker can sometimes come across a bit intimidating initially (She's too inquisitive and not considerate that others may be wary!) but she is very friendly.
A typical day
Dogs get let out in the garden first thing in the morning to have a stretch & go to the toilet. Around 8-9 they have breakfast, a little sit down for a cuppa and some doggy fuss time on the Sofa or a play. After breakfast they have a walk round the village. We'd have an early evening/late afternoon walk over the field near our house where they'd maybe socialise off lead with other dogs or walk around the village on leads. Home for more cuddles on the sofa. Frequent toilet breaks throughout the day in the garden and a final one before bed time. We often take our dogs to our Sons Rugby training/games on Sunday mornings which often tends to be very social for dogs.

Our 22 Year old daughter and 12 Year old son love dogs and also enjoy other dogs visiting us. We've dog sat a number of friends and other families dogs, both old and young. We know how worrying it can be to find a reputable and reliable dog sitter, we hope we'd gain your trust and have your dog return to play with ours! I work alternating shifts, early shift & late shift (07:00-15:00 & 14:45-22:45) Natalies hours vary as she is self employed. Our Daughter is an apprentice Paramedic which can include night shift. Our Son Noah is at senior school and gets home at 15:15. Quite often there is someone here during the day, if not then it's often no more than 2-3 Hrs until someone is home. We can advise of our working arrangements prior to you accepting.
