A little about me: I am a Rhode Island native, (literally!) and have a Bachelors degree in International Relations and Global Politics from the American University of Rome. I also completed my Masters degree in Costa Rica! Pura Vida! I have lived in Italy, The Netherlands, Germany and Australia, but regardless of where I am, I am a dog lover! I have personally cared for elderly dogs, chaotic puppies and the 'body guard' type, and my care will allow your pet/ Bestfriend to be relaxed while vacationing. I have been dogsitting/ caring for the past 5 years now. I live on a lake, with a fenced in yard and try to for walks/ hikes once every day. My availability is somewhat flexible depending on your needs. Depending on the needs of your furry friend and your own, I am more than willing to doggysit and provide your pet with any amenities and attention needed! Cuddles are a must, or atleast a walk.. Or a nice drive! *As of July 2019, I will no longer be doing dog-boarding. Housesitting, and drop in visits are still bookable with me.*

Wonderful experience, so glad we have found Keshia. So nice to have someone we can trust to come to our home and care for our Lola. Makes going away much more enjoyable.
My experience with Keisha was unlike all of her other reviews I read. A lot of items were chewed in our house which has not happened with other sitters. Multiple pillows, a curtain, a comforter, and a leash were all damaged with only the pillows being communicated. Clear communication about these damages and/or other difficulties would have made us feel differently about the level of care. Everyone seems safe and happy, but there was definitely a lack of communication.
Keshia was so amazing! She was so communicative while I was away, as an anxious dog parent, I was so appreciative. I would absolutely recommend Keshia! My dog was happy and content when I returned, which reassured me that he was fully taken care of!
Keisha was excellent. She sent pictures everyday showing our dog having fun. Will definitely do again.

At a clients home I always use a leash and harnesses when available to ensure safety. I take photos and request notes from owners to ensure balance from dog to overall environment.

I would like to know: -age -dietary needs (can and can't eat) -medications -normal schedule -personality... Good with other dogs or not? People? -any fears or triggers? (Rain, hats, noises etc.)
A typical day
I typically enjoy taking dogs to Goddard Park, the Sand Dunes in EWG/ Coventry, East Beach in Charlestown RI (only after the summer season). I have a property in CT and also service in that area.

Currently working part time! Able to offer half day care and breaks! I am available overnight, and early mornings. Over the holidays and weekends my availability changes.
