Pet care experience
My husband and I have lovingly raised our dogs over the past 15 years and have experience pet sitting for our family & friends as well as our Rover clients! We are passionate about having a loving and safe place for pets. Kersten is a nurse and is very experienced in medication administration and providing care. Nick is an animal lover, through and through. Pick up is to be scheduled before 8pm as to give our pup and kiddos a chance to settle down for the evening, thanks for your understanding! We have a young daughter so please only request a booking if your pup is good with young kids. We want to ensure safety of all involved with each of our stays. Kersten and Nicholas was very sweet with Izzy. She is a very scared dog and they made her feel safe. They send pictures and updates frequently .... When they Brough her back she was happy in the car , which was very reassuring. Izzy will definitely "visit them" frequently !
I was camping nearby and needed a day sitter. Kersten was great! I got my puppy during the pandemic, and she is a bit anxious, but she took to Kersten right away. Plenty of yard time and walks. I came back to a very happy pup!

Let us know what their routine is like. How do they sleep, eat, play, etc. We want them to be comfortable and happy while they're with us! For safety we require to do a meet & greet to ensure your pup(s) and our pup are a good fit!
A typical day
Our neighborhood is very low traffic so we can walk in the neighborhood. We have many toys to keep your pup occupied or bring their favorite toy so they feel at home! Our large back yard allows us to run around with pups as well as play fetch and explore. You will receive many pictures of your pup's stay, please see our album of photos to see photos others have received! If there are certain photos you'd like to see let me know and I'll try to make it happen! Sometimes the fun playing leads to lots of movement and makes it harder to get a good picture but I will do my best! We do not provide our pups or guest pups with treats during their stay to prevent jealousy or tiffs, this is a part of our efforts to keep all dogs safe. They can have a bone/chew in their crate while crated if that is what they are accustomed to.

Availability
Tuesday through Friday, we are out of the home during the day for work. Saturday through Monday we'll be home with exception of errands or the like. If your pup is unable to be left alone for 6-8 hours, please don't book with us during the days we work. We want to give the care your pup needs and you want, so keep this in mind as you evaluate us as a good fit :)
