Honestly, I do not know where to start. Long story short: This was the worst experience ever and I wish that no one else will make this experience. First, she failed to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, often arriving late or canceling visits without prior notice. She forgot to check in twice and changed the schedule multiple times. The only thing I could do was to accept her changes. Why do we agree on anything upfront? Further, Kerry displayed a concerning disregard for following instructions. When I returned home, I noticed that essential tasks, such as cleaning the food machines, refilling the milk and water bowls (as evidence there were multiple flies in both and milk was left to spoil, rendering it unsuitable for consumption) were neglected. She changed the litter box and the food machines for no reason. Both were open when I left, and closed when I returned home. My cats never used closed litter boxes and are not used to it. Why did she change things without asking? To add to the list of discrepancies, Kerry failed to adhere to feeding instructions, providing each cat with a different type of food instead of the specified equal portions. Additionally, the absence of photos where you can see that she pets my cats or updates during their visits was disappointing. Most concerning of all was the evident distress exhibited by my cats upon my return. Their fearful behavior suggested a lack of comfort and security in Kerry's presence, which deeply troubled me and highlighted the inadequacy of their care. Overall, my experience with Kerry was unsatisfactory and concerning. I cannot recommend her services to fellow pet owners seeking reliable and compassionate care for their furry companions.

Kerry has saved me multiple times now with last minute bookings and I always love the pictures she sends over of the cats during her visits. 10/10 Would recommend booking with Kerry!
