Pet care experience
I have taken care of multiple different breeds of dogs including border collies, labs, mutts, cattle dogs across all different ages. I grew up always having dogs and they continue to be a massive part of joy in my life. Whether taking pups on a trail run through the woods, watching them swim in the ocean or just enjoying some pup cuddles, they are simply the best! I have experience with aggressive dogs as well and have a soft spot for them.

I am so impressed by Kerry’s level of responsibility and thoughtfulness when caring for my dog, Echo! Being a border collie, Echo has high levels of energy and needs a lot of physical and mental stimulation throughout the day. Kerry makes sure to tend to all of his needs and even sends pictures throughout her time taking care of Echo. Would certainly recommend Kerry’s services and will continue using her for pet care in the future!
Kerry is the most kind, gentle, and caring person I know! She’s responsible, punctual, and gives her all to whatever she does! She has so much love for all animals and her active and fun spirit is loved just as much by them too!

I separate the dogs if there is any uncertainty. My yard is unfenced so I take dogs on leash within the yard. On hikes, if your dog isn’t able to recall/come back- not a sweat as I can keep the dog on leash. I take your dogs safety and well-being very seriously as I know how much I care about my own doggo.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally and physically. Based on what you tell me is best for your doggo, we can accommodate off leash or leash walks. And you pick the best place for your pup- ocean, reservoir, woods or neighborhood. Happy to keep up with mental stimulation that you use for your pup too. And most importantly, lots of love and attention for your pup.

Availability
I am currently getting my masters in psychology to be a therapist, teaching yoga and walking/boarding dogs part time. I have extremely flexible scheduling and do all of my school from home so I can be here for many potty breaks and walks throughout the day. I usually do one long hike in the morning between 7-9am, lots of potty breaks during the day and an evening walk between 5-7pm.
