I am currently working nights in a specialist veterinary practice. This job includes looking after and caring for a variety of dogs and cats, ensuring they get the correct nutrition and walking each dog every three hours. I have also volunteered at a rescue shelter and voluntary fostered for a local rescue. Whilst volunteering at the rescue my main role would include walking the dogs and cleaning. We fostered for 4 years which included the dogs staying at our home until they would be adopted. We have had a wide range of dog breeds staying with us for a long period of time. Out of the 15 dogs we have fostered we ended up adopting two of them. I also have a limited understanding in dog CPR. Although I am currently working nights my fiancee is here all night with the dogs and I can also take them to work with me.
