Kerensa took great care of our dog and our home! The house was very clean when we came home and she even washed the sheets and made the bed up with the clean sheets before she left, which was amazing as we came in late that night from traveling. We got multiple updates a day of her walking our dog and she also administered allergy medicine to our dog upon request after she noticed he was licking his paw a lot.

This was our first time using Rover and it was, unfortunately, not a positive one. We chose Karensa based on the good reviews and multiple bookings that she had. We had booked house sitting for 2 nights and met with Kerensa a couple days before we left to introduce her to the dogs, show her the house, etc. We explained clearly our important expectations: two meals a day & two short walks a day. We have a Ring doorbell that alerts us when people enter and leave our house. On the second (sunny) day, she did not walk our dogs AT ALL. Toward the end of that day, we became more concerned about the welfare of our pups. We decided to come home that evening instead of the next day as it was apparent that Karensa was not going to return before it got dark, nor walk our dogs at all that day or give them dinner, which is what we had hired her to do. While Karensa seems like a perfectly nice and friendly person, we were disappointed that she didn't take care of our dogs the way that she had agreed to and was paid to.
