I am so happy we met Kenza as a dog-sitter for our beloved Westie. Kenza was really easy-going, flexible and supportive. She took of him such good care, as of her own dog. Kenza was very responsible and knowledgeable about dogs. She followed all the feeding and medication instructions. Moreover, when our dog was not getting better from intoxication, Kenza was so so kind to take him to the vet. Our Westie and Kenza became great friends and he for sure felt at home. Kenza sincerely enjoys pets. Every day we had photo/video/audio and text updates from Kenza, which was super nice! From now on, I would only board our westie with Kenza when we travel, if she has availability. Thank you Kenza so much!!!

Kenza took lovely care of our elderly dog. Flavia came back to us healthy and very well cared for, and we could see her comfy and happy in the picture and video updates. It turned out that our dog showed more separation anxiety than we expected, and we had to add an extra day to the booking due to complications with our flight being cancelled. Kenza showed a lot of patience and understanding for all these issues and always communicated quickly and reliably. We strongly recommend her and would be very happy to book with her again.
