Pet care experience
I’ve always loved animals and been around them all my life. I’ve personally been carrying for pets for over 12 years and have taken care of high energy, anxious, mobility challenged, and dogs that needed medication, puppies, as well as dogs of all sizes from chihuahua to pit-bull to full size hound. I have a rescue toy poodle named buttons who I’ve been caring for for almost two years. I've helped calm traumatized dogs and nervous pets. I've had more low maintenance older pups who mostly want to sleep and go for walks as well as needy puppies (or needy older dogs) who demand near constant attention. I can adjust to your dogs needs. If theres any tricks or any rules you want me to make sure your dog maintains while I'm in your home or your dog is in mine.
Reviews
Kenz was great with my cat while I was away for a few days. Lots of pictures, pets and my home was exactly how I left it! Would recommend Kenz to anyone who needs a sitter!
Our cats were happy and well- cared-for, glad were were able to have Kenz drop in while out of town!
Kenz was INCREDIBLE with Zippy. Kenz took care of Zippy while I was away for a week and gave him so much love and care. Kenz calmly dealt with Zippy’s intense separation anxiety at the beginning of the stay, and I felt really reassured knowing he was in such calm, assured care. Kenz sent wonderful photos throughout the stay, and Zippy would go back to stay with Kenz in a heartbeat.
Kenz did a great job on her drop-in visits with my cat. She provided really detailed updates, was very prompt in responding and went the extra mile to make sure my cat was comfortable and happy during her drop-ins.

I have a small 8 lbs poodle named buttons. He’s very chill and friendly though does bark when first meeting a dog. Buttons and I live with my partner Val who also walks dogs. I will want to make sure your dog and buttons get along before boarding in my apartment. I live in right next to a park I love taking dogs to. And have a small unfenced yard for short potty breaks. I can send you daily pictures of your loved one. And promise to give lots of snuggles and love. I love spending time just chilling or just playing with your pet for a while in between walks. Me and buttons love to cuddle. My brother has two cats that are very friendly. They both rubs and demand pets whenever i see them. One of them leaves little drool spots like a drooly puppy when she's really cuddly. I also promise to respect your home and any rules or directions.
Information Kenz t. would like to know about your pet
How well they get along with other dogs is an important thing to know. If they have any medication or allergies. Feeding and bathroom schedule is necessary information as well. If they shed a lot is nice for me to know ahead of time because I have slight allergies that I take preventive medication for when I'm seeing a sheddy dog. Its also important to know if they're allowed on furniture. If they don't like children is nice to know. I never assume a dog will be fine but its nice to know anyway.
A typical day
I live right next to a big park. I like to take the dogs I'm watching there several times a day. I like to take different paths each day so the dogs get new smells and stimuli, but if you have a regular walking route I can definitely do that. I like to play with dogs whenever they seem to have energy or want attention. Theres an area of the park near me where there are a lot of dogs often. I like to take my dog there to play with the other dogs, but theres also an area I can take your dogs to where there usually aren't other pups. Usually i give some morning cuddles as long as your pet is receptive. Then we go for a walk to the park, come back and eat breakfast, and play a little before our next walk before lunch. After lunch I usually have more household chores to do while the dog chills on the couch or often under the bed cause its nice and cave-like. After a while we take another walk again the length of which will probably depend on your dogs specific needs and get home for dinner. Then we hangout together and play and hopefully cuddle before our last short potty break before bed. I have a small unfenced yard I bring the dogs out to (leashed) for the short potty break.

Availability
I’m not working right now so I should be able to accommodate your pet needs. I live with my 8lbs dog named buttons and my partner, Val, who also walks dogs. I’m available for boarding at my apartment as long as your dog gets alone with my chill pup. I can walk your dog most times of most days. I can handle dogs that pull. Let me know what time works for you and i can usually adjust any interference.
