Born in the United States Virgin Island I moved to the mainland to pursue a degree in Animal Science. Three years later, I have one Veterinary Assistant Certificate and an Associate Degree in Biology under my belt and I am half way to realizing my goal. While working on my Biology Degree I worked as a Animal Care Associate for the Cloud County Community College feeding and caring for the retired race horses. I moved to Texas after graduating and decided to attend Sam Houston State University to complete the bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science. I am currently working as a Barista at a Starbucks.
