I just finished my second year of veterinary school at Ohio State. I spent undergraduate career at Ohio State as well, so I am very comfortable with Columbus and the surrounding areas. I am spending my summer working part time as a research assistant, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! My experience working in a small animal veterinary clinic for almost three years allows me to take good care of your pet and to know when your pet may have medical issues. I am experienced with many dog breeds and cats (if you need that as well) as I worked in a kennel and did in-home pet sitting before. In addition to the clinic and pet sitting, I also fostered service dogs in training. This allowed me to work on training skills and social situations with younger dogs while also being held responsible for a dog who came with a high value. Dog behavior is something I am very familiar with, so I will be able to make sure your dog is comfortable with me and whatever situation we may come across in our time together. What makes me different from other sitters is that I have a great attention to detail because I am able to notice things that may be wrong with your pet more easily than others. I also am very organized and responsible, allowing me to ensure your pet receives the best care while you are away. My goal is to make your pet feel like you never even left!
