I have ALWAYS loved dogs. I've been a groomer going on 8 years now. Watched different client's dogs on and off throughout that time. I stopped grooming last year after my second child was born. We moved to Va beach while she was only a few weeks old because my husband received orders here. I decided to stay at home for now until she gets old enough for school. I loved grooming so much and miss it dearly. Being able to interact with different people and their dogs each day was just the best. So I'm used to being around all different size and breeds of dogs. I do have two kiddos, both have been around dogs their entire lives. I do make sure to teach them the proper way to interact with our furry friends. I wouldn't want to watch any doggies that are nervous around children. I want all the dogs I watch to feel comfortable and like part of our family. We also have a medium size dog, a lab mix of some sorts, he's a playful little guy. I will also be willing to send a list of references from my clients and past co-workers if need be.
