I returned to a house which was covered in urine and feces. I'd asked how to schedule our booking, as i am fairly new to Rover, and how to accommodate her booking so that way everything worked out great, and she told me how I had booked it was OK for what I has communicated that i needed. So she confirmed the booking. When I arrived home and found the mess, and had to throw out a carpet, and had to take a dog to the vet due to a urinary track infection from not being let out of the crate for extended periods of time, and I had to replace all of the dog's bedding because they were soaked in urine and feces, I was very annoyed. I incurred over $1600 of additional costs due to this booking. I had to pay for the vet, I had to pay for carpet and furniture cleaning, all of which we had had done just prior to leaving for vacation one week ago, and I had to pay for all new bedding for the animals. I am extremely dissatisfied with this sitter. If something needed to be changed from what I'd asked and what I had initially booked, tell me so in the beginning. I laid out my expectations clearly in text messages before anything ever happened, so if they weren't able to be met by the booking, then she needed to be clear and say I needed to change something. Instead she told me no that's great. It was not great. My animals are so stressed and so upset that it has taken 2 days for me to get one of my dogs to eat again. This has been a nightmare. An absolute nightmare. We have left for longer periods of time and had so much less problems than this short one week trip. If I could give her no stars I would. I would never recommend her for anything.
