Dependable and easy to work with!!

Kendal was very helpful taking care of our two cats for the 2 weeks we were abroad. She even gave us a deak: two cats for the price of one. Kendal emptied their cat box, gave them water, and food. She even cleaned up vomit from one of our cats when he got sick and was honest about the one time she went in our bedroom because our cats shredded some important papers. For all of this we were extremely thankful! However, upon our arrival we were surprised to find some sort of green liquid splattered over our ceiling, walls, front door, and kitchen. After asking Kendal directly and reviewing our security system she explained that an accident happened with her juice, apologized, and she probably missed to clean it. Reviewing the videos we unfortunately noticed that she didn't interact with our cats or play with them except once in the beginning. It was a bit heartbreaking seeing our cats run to the door on her arrival and she just walked passed them. One day she stayed only 15minutes when we paid for an hour, when we inquired (after catching it upon our return) she said she forgot to tell us an emergency happened at work. On the security camera we never did see her go back for the other 45minutes. Kendall seems like a very nice person and she was honest when we inquired about everything we discovered after our arrival home. We are just disappointed that a little more care and attention wasn't given to our cats. We imagine she she must be really good with dogs (she had a 5 star rating when we chose her) just maybe not so good with cats. We will not choose her the next time we need to use Rover as we know our cats need more interaction and stimulation while we are gone.
