Your pets are my priority!!

Pet care experience

Hello! My name is Ken. I'm a Navy Veteran/animal lover. Growing up, I had been around dogs, cats, turtles, reptiles and fish in my family. In the past four years, my girlfriend and I have adopted two adorable, sweet cats (Koda and Luna) and two crazy, energetic, stubborn but yet very different SUPERMUTTS (Sebastian and Viola). Since they were all adopted from the animal shelter when they were just under 3~4 months old, I have learned a lot about younger pets and all of responsibilities that came with them. The most rewarding process was getting them all to get along and grow bonds with each other. I believe that the best way to gain experience with caring for animals is by adopting and raising them when they are babies and learning as you go because every day you can learn something new about them. Not to mention, every pet is different in their own special ways and should not be treated any differently. However, you need to spend time to get to know them and the right way to approach them individually. In the past few years, I have stepped in to help my friends, coworkers and neighbors pet sit their dogs while they were at work, on family vacation or had other plans. In addition, I have also set up play dates with some of my coworkers as a way to socialize our dogs at a young age. I love all of my pets and I definitely treat them like my own children. I am also very patient and hopefully, one day I get the opportunity to care for your babies as well. I promise you I would do my best to ensure they are in good hands and get the best care they deserve! Thank you for reading and I hope you choose me to be your pet sitter!

Ken was great with my cat Squeaky. She is a very shy cat, but Ken managed to get a picture of her.I highly recommend him.

Ken was great with our needy beagle-red heeler mix. He comes across as a no nonsense kind of guy but is thorough in his communication and clearly knows dogs well. I’d highly recommend Ken and plan for a repeat visit the next time we’re out of town.
