Responsible, safe and fun sitter!

Pet care experience

I’ve had a dog since I was 14 years old and have always sat for my friend’s and family’s pets. Both my dog and cat are very friendly and relaxed. Like me, they have experience with high energy and high drive dogs and tend to get along with everybody. I’ve taken basic and protection training courses so know that your dog will not return to you completely undisciplined. A large park is right outside my door so walking and taking them out is convenient. I work from home so your pet will not be left alone for more than a total of 2 hours per day but will always have my animals there for support and company.

Ken was awesome and reliable while he watched our dog for the weekend. He provided updates and took great care of our pup. Will definitely be using him again. Thanks Ken!

Ken is the best! We just moved to the area and needed a sitter last minute, and he was able to schedule a meet and greet + boarding within just a few days. He knew how to introduce my energetic, reactive GSD to his pups and even made sure to keep him calm after meals to avoid bloat (a constant concern for large-chested dogs like GSDs!) My pup sometimes has a hard time eating away from home, so Ken went out of his way to hand-feed him without me having to ask. My dog, Louie, loved playing with their 2 dogs in their large fenced-in backyard and going on pack walks. I received lots of pictures, videos, and thorough updates throughout his stay. We'll definitely use Ken the next time we travel. Thanks so much!!!

Ken was wonderful with our beagle, sending pictures and an update every evening while we were away. He even gave us some tips about training. I would absolutely recommend him to others!

First, please let me know of any medications or safety issues and if your animal is crate trained. Please let me know if they are reactive or protective of anything. Also, let me know if you have specific commands or training methods you want me to use.

A typical day

I usually take my dog out for two 45 minute walks around our local park in the morning and afternoon along with 2 additional potty breaks. I also do basic training and fetch for 10-30 minutes in the afternoons depending on her attention span. We also like to walk down to the local ice cream shop (BMore Licks) for doggy cups!
