Pet care experience
Hello, I'm a Honors Student studying international studies, religious studies, and biology at CofC, looking to make a little extra money doing something that I LOVE. I grew up in Austin, TX with two dogs of my own (a yellow lab named Riata and a mutt-mix named Babaloo) and have been house and dog sitting for 4 years. My current class schedule is very relaxed and leaves me with plenty of time to care for your dog and even run back to the house for bathroom breaks and playtime between classes. Kelty was awesome in every single way. I highly recommend using her. My dog let me know they had a really good time together while I was gone and would like to use her again in the future. He's quite picky, so thats saying something ; )
We've had Kelty take care of our adult Golden Retriever "Freeway"multiple times. She's our first choice of dog sitters because she's responsible, texts us updates, and asks smart questions about caring for Freeway. She also really likes dogs so we know Freeway is getting the love and attention he needs in our absence. We don't worry about things when we hire Kelty!
Kelty has taken wonderful care of our two fur babies and our home on several occasions! We have a high-energy lab and she had no problem taking great care of her while we were away. She is incredibly responsible, responsive and easy to work with. She even sent us photos and updates while we were gone and the house was in perfect order when we returned. I would hire Kelty again anytime!

I prefer to be notified of how a dog interacts with other dogs/people (as pertains to parks excursions), as well as a dog's general routine, to make sure I can accommodate them and maintain as much normalcy as possible.
A typical day
I am a very active, outdoorsy individual, consequently I throughly enjoying to bringing dogs on my runs or walks. I also live near the battery and Horse Lot park so getting outside to play (or for a more leisurely stroll for elderly dogs) would not be an issue.
