Hi! My name is Kelsey I am 32 years I have a 1 1/2 year old Mastiff/Boxer mix named Oliver and a 4 year old dog named Nymph, and a 7 1/2 year old cat named Sprite and love animals. I grew up with dogs and have lots of experience and I definitely have the time to dog sit your dog and would be happy too meet some new furry friends! Why I love dog sitting I love to dog sit because I think I grow as a person when I dog sit. I also get to meet lots of new furry friends! They all have their individual personalities and it gives me a chance to learn and grow as a person being with other peoples pets My experience administering medication I have had several dogs that I have had to administer medication to and I am capable. Sometimes I may need to be shown how to do it if its more then just a pill but I am able! If your dog is high energy then its great for Nymph and Oliver but we are also good with calmer dogs!

Kelsey was an excellent dog sitter to my 14 yr old Maynard (chocolate lab/pitbull mix). He had a bit of a tummy ache when I started my vacation, so I left her with pills and special food to not upset his belly. She kept me updated on his health and sent multiple photos a day of Maynard! It was great, I felt very comfortable with Kelsey caring for Maynard while I was away, and would highly recommend her!

I make sure they always have their collar on and like to make sure they are chipped. If something happens to your dog on my watch I will alert you immediatly and we will go from there. Life happens! It's important all dogs feel safe and comfortable in my home and if a dog is unhappy new arrangements will need to be found I have also seperated my home into 2 sections so if dogs are having trouble getting along they can have a different space, I also now have a fenced in yard so the dogs have free range outside time, if they are very good and everyone gets along in the summer months I will just leave the back door open so dogs can come in and out as they please

A typical day
Your dog depending on your specifications is welcome in my bed or on a couch. If they are a non furniture dog then I would make sure they had a dog bed to use. Otherwise I am a relaxing person who enjoys watching TV and playing with the dogs in the house. I also work from home! I do have an evening job that I go to, I can talk you through my work schedule if needed. The summer I will be out of the house more because I will be helping with Summer School that will last about 6 hours a day and then come home for a bit then get dressed and leave for my second job.

I am currently an online educator so I am home most work days. I do have an evening job but it is not every day and I am only gone for at most 6 hours!
