Kelsey was fantastic! She was super flexible with the meet and greet as well as drop off and pick up times. She sent pictures along with updates. Will absolutely ask her to watch Lulu again. Thank you!

Wow, what a great first time experience using Rover! At first I really thought Kelsey would be a great fit because of a.) her proximity, b.) she and her husband both work from home and c.) she also has 2 dachshunds, one of which was a senior! I thought this was a match made in heaven for me. However, once booked, I realized just what level of amazingness I had found for us! Kelsey was incredibly responsive, sweet, and went above and beyond. I got daily pictures, texts with questions and updates really showing she wanted to provide the best care... she even volunteered to drive and drop Ziggy off at my neighbor's house at the end of her stay so my neighbor could keep her for the remaining 5 days I was out of the country! To top it off, I got a sweet card at the end thanking us for choosing her and saying what a great time they had. I will unquestionably use Kelsey again for as long as she chooses to do this!
