Hi, I'm Kelsey! I loved my own dog for 10+ years until she moved to England and became an heiress (seriously it's a great story). Now, I love on other people's dogs! I've had a lucrative, though impromptu career as a house and dog sitter since the age of 13. - My first experience caring for someone else's pets were the summers over high school. My neighbors went on long road trips and I would feed their cats and Black Lab, Dutch, clean the pool, and water their plants. - I fell into dog sitting again in college when my mom's friend planned a 5-week vacation to Italy. Since I was on summer break, she asked if I would be interested in staying at her apartment in DC and care for her Black Lab, Missy. I enjoyed two summers with Missy until I moved to PA for grad school. - During grad school, a supervisor asked me if I were interested in watching his Labradooodle, Nessie, for two weeks while he traveled to Amsterdam. - A couple months later, a friend had to travel overseas for work. Since I was still in grad school and it was summer break, I stayed at her house and spent time with her Terrier mix, Charlie. Basically, if you have to travel out of the state or country and want your dog to continue to enjoy the comforts of home, I am your go-to girl.
