Kelsey was excellent with our shy, anxious Ivy. Ivy takes a while to warm up to new people and Kelsey gave her that time. I knew when we met Kelsey that she had the right personality. She has a very calm disposition and Ivy went up to her right away. Normally she won’t do that with new people. There was a great path with a pond by the house that Ivy enjoyed walking on. We got updates throughout our trip along with photos. It was our first time leaving Ivy since our older dog passed away and since we moved to Virginia, so we were very almost as nervous as Ivy was. Kelsey was absolutely the right choice. She had no problem giving Ivy her pills for thunderstorms. I could tell when I went to pick her up after her 10 day stay that she had been well taken care of and was calm. We would 100% use Kelsey again and recommend her to our friends. Thank you!

Our dog has been cared for exceptionally well by Kelsey. Kelsey has made her feel comfortable and it is a comfort to us knowing she is in good hands while we are away. It is nice to receive plenty of pictures and updates, as well.
