Hi there! My name is Kelsey. I'm an experienced dog and cat sitter - my family has owned 3 dogs (a 6-year-old beagle, a 5-year-old beagle/sheltie mix and a 10-year-old husky/pitbull/corgi mix), and 6 cats of our own over the years. Additionally, I have personally cared for many varieties of breeds including dogs of different sizes, ages, personalities, and training levels. This past summer, I cared for an 11-year-old Jack Russell and a 6-month-old Wheaton, and we had a blast! Care included feeding, overnight stays, going for walks, potty breaks, exercising/playing ball, light grooming, medicine distribution, and just spending good quality time together. In the past, I've also cared for an elderly Yellow Lab, which included basic leg bandaging after a knee surgery. Having just moved away from my own dogs and cats, I'm looking forward to meeting some new furry friends around the area!

I do not have any breed preferences and am open to caring for any breed of dog. Before confirming any services, I like to know the dog's age, a little bit about their personality, their typical schedule, their training level (if they're potty trained, how they are on walks, etc), any food requirements, any medical attention they may require, where they like to go for walks, and how they like to play!
A typical day
In regard to walks, we'll head to quiet, safe streets, or maybe a park if there's one close by (on leash at all times, of course!). We will also play with toys, get plenty of belly and ear scratches when wanted and light grooming when needed, and enjoy one another's company!
