Hi there, my name is Kelsey and I'm a caring pet owner and lover. I'm ready to be your loved one's new best friend, caretaker, and adventure buddy! I offer walks, and drop-in visit services. I have previous experience with both scheduled dog walking services and boarding. I understand the needs for safety, breed-specific activity requirements, and interpersonal skills that are important to you and your fur baby. My top priority is to keep your pet safe and happy, all while having a blast. I'm open to implementing your daily routines during their time in my care, or playing it by ear! Previous job training has given me a more informative approach to the delicate yet sophisticated type of care each individual dog needs; from recognizing communicative cues to anticipating behaviors. I'd love to be your trusted pet care specialist and will make sure that your dog only gets a wonderful experience that you would give them yourself.

I'm open to any and all breeds, as breeds don't determine behavior. Please leave me with any information about allergies, specific treats you allow/don't allow, things that may set your dog off (i.e. men, people wearing hoods or hats, loud noises, etc.), feeding schedule/routines, and your pets favorite activities.
A typical day
Outdoor playtime is the best way to get your pets the healthy recommended exercise they need. Scent walks are an exciting way to let them get the necessary scent stimulation they need and give them time to explore. Playing fetch, running, or even going on a light hike are great ways to meet the physical demands of your dog's health regimen. If your dog is more of the habitual type, going along their favorite walking route is the best way to keep them comfortable in the care of someone else. I live 5 minutes away from the Meriden Dog Park; the park has two separate fenced-in play areas, one for small dogs and the other for larger dogs. I'm also 4 minutes from Dr. Francis Giuffrida Park which has light to moderate hiking trails alongside a reservoir for pups that love a good adventure. My goal is to ensure that your dog is comfortable, has a fun time, and gets the well-rounded exercise they need to be happy and healthy.
