Pet care experience
My whole life revolves around the care of animals and I would love to meet yours! I am available most days, as I have a flexible schedule. Work experience: I was the head of animal care at a pet boarding facility, where I was responsible for walks, feeding, and medication administration. I have also been grooming dogs for the past 4 years. I continue to work with animals at Specialty Pet Supply. Volunteer experience: I have worked with a senior and special needs dog rescue for the past 5 years, focusing on rescue, fostering, and adoption. I have several years of experience with WHAR wolf rescue, where I was an animal handler for wolves and wolf-dog hybrids. I am now VP of a self-started non-profit animal rescue, and am currently going to school from home to finish my degree in non-profit business.

Kelsey was so good with our dogs Luna and Nina , she has a very sweet and gentle disposition that my dogs were in tuned to. I would definitely hire her again for dog walking or as a sitter. :)

Kelsey took a very good care of my furbaby, Bobo, for a week. I was a bit nervous about leaving him for that long; however, Kelsey send me updates about how Bobo is doing each day. I'm so glad I chose Kelsey for his sitter for the week and I highly recommend her if you want to leave your furbaby well-taken care of.

Is your dog pet friendly? I have a small dog and four cats in my home. I am able to keep everyone separated, but prefer when everyone gets along to reduce the stress on us all. Is your dog crate trained and house trained? My home has a large fenced yard and access to a dog door. (CAT OWNERS: your cats will not have any access to the great outdoors while in my care) Does your dog have any allergies or sensitivities? Do you have any requests or concerns? I love pets of all shapes and sizes!
A typical day
I have a fenced in yard with grass and endless toys, as well as two hands which never grow tired of belly rubs. I live in a quiet, dog friendly neighborhood with many areas to explore. We can walk around the block, go to the dog park, or cruise over to the beach to play in the sand or explore a trail! Let me know your preference!
