I’ve been dog sitting/walking and caring for other animals since I was 14 (not including my own). I was an intern at the human society in high school and absolutely love animals of all kinds. I’m a teacher who would love to spend some of my free time caring for pets. My family pet passed away this past year and I’ve never known what it’s like to live without a dog/pet. I would like to have a way to spend time with animals without jumping in on getting another (even though I miss my dog tremendously).

Kelsey was amazing! She took great care of our dog, and sent us many pictures throughout our trip. Our house was perfectly clean when we returned as well!
Kelsey is fantastic and will definitely be our go to pet sitter from now on! She was extremely responsive from the start and took great care of our fur baby while we were away. My normally shy senior cat instantly took to Kelsey and we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. Kelsey sent regular updates and made sure our girl got lots of love! I’d definitely recommend Kelsey’s services to anyone else looking for a reliable, caring and responsible sitter!
Kelsey was so fantastic. Our dog has some anxiety and separation issues and Kelsey was so caring and attentive to her. Our dog loved her right from the start. Kelsey was really consistent with checking in and sending photos and updates which we really appreciated.
Kelsey has stayed with our two pups twice now and we love her! She kept us updated on how they were doing all weekend long, which kept my mind at ease while traveling without them. I would recommend Kelsey to anyone and any pup!

While dog sitting, I typically will let the dogs out into the fenced yard 2-3 times per day maybe more depending on the dog. If the yard is not fenced I will leash the dog to take him/her out. I like to take dogs for walks, typically a couple miles. I’ll do what is necessary to make your pet feel comfortable.

A typical day
I love to go for walks on my own so walking dogs would be a bonus. I typically like to take dogs for 2-3 mile walks depending on the temperature and weather. If there’s a local dog park I’d be more than happy to take your dog(s) if they’re good with other dogs, up to date on shots, and you’re comfortable with it.
