Pet care experience
This goes without saying, but I LOVE dogs! Growing up I lived with a wonderful Border Collie named Peaches, and now I have Odin, the goofiest German Shepard/Lab mix. I've been the go to dog-sitter among my friends and family for years, but recently I've joined the realm of professional canine workers. I am currently employed at a dog day care and boarding center, but I'm looking for ways to spend even more time with dogs! I have experience working with dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and energy levels, and can control a room of 30+ dogs. I love long walks, and have experience leash-training. If your dog needs a walk, sleepover, mid-day potty break, bath, or anything else, I'd love to help!

Before working with your dog I'd love to know a little bit about them. What energy level is your dog? Do they have a favorite toy or activity? Are there any behavioral issues I should be aware of or work on? Is your dog aggressive towards other dogs or people, and if so what typically triggers this aggression? Does your dog have any allergies or other medical issues? Is there anything else you would like me to know about your dog. I have worked with many different dogs and would love to work with yours!
A typical day
Dogs, like people, are all different and enjoy different things. I am up for whatever your dog needs! We can go on a walk through the neighborhood, or to the dog park to play with friends, or play fetch and battle with the hose in the backyard until the hose surrenders. If your dog is a quiet, solitary type who just needs someone to let them go potty every once in a while that is fine with me. I am available for you and your dog's convenience.
