Pet care experience
Hi! I have experience as a dog bather, along with dog sitting/walking, and experience with small animals! I have done lots of baths, blowdrys, nail trims, walks, and small animal care . I went to school to be a Vet Tech for about a year before deciding the pay and work/life balance was not a good fit for me. I also have babysat and done some animal care for those family’s, as well as past rover experience! I stopped for a bit when Covid hit and impacted daily life. Currently looking for some great family’s and pups to check in on and walk when needed, as needed! Nothing needs to be regular, but we could talk about regular visits if interested! ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Currently my work schedule is part time, and I can work around most things, as long as we communicate beforehand. I don’t offer in home services as I live with others, but i will always do everything I can to keep your living space just as it was when i arrived, and to keep your fur baby happy, cared for and safe as if they were my own☺️ I may ask a lot of questions regarding care for your pup depending on each circumstance, but it’s always to make sure they get the exact and best care they need❤️ Thank you!

It’s always important to know how a dog is with strangers! If a few meet and greet type sessions are needed beforehand, that’s okay! I just ask you let me know beforehand. Some reactive dogs don’t do well with strangers, but will warm up very quickly. ~~~~ It’s also important to mention ANY medical health concerns, mental or physical with your dog ahead of time. Allergies, reactivity, medical issues, medications etc. I want to care for your pup the best i can! But if your dog has severe issues, i may not be the best fit as i don’t have any extra training for severely debilitated animals!
A typical day
I would always try to do a short walk at least if asked, weather and dog temperament depending of course. I would try to use treats, toys, or affection depending on each dogs main internal motivator, to try and keep each dog happy and healthy by using what motivates them most, to get their energy out and train as needed if needed. I would do this to let them know i am a friend and here to assist and feed/walk/ let them outside using these techniques☺️

I’m currently working part time, so i’m free 3-4 days each week! Work/life balance is huge for me. I love ALL animals and animal work. Sadly a steady job with animal care doesn't pay nearly enough! That’s why i would love to continue a part time job, as well as part time and as needed animal care on Rover again! Message me with any questions🤗
