Do Not Leave your dog with them!!! Husband and wife are tired and may disagree, may believe they did a good job, but NO, they didn’t. UNKIND TO MY DOG and BORDERLINE/HINT OF ABUSIVENESS After dropping off our dog for our appt, we almost made a U-turn a few times to pick him back up because on the day of the appt, the dog jumped up on the (dog sitter) woman’s knees/thighs and SHE LITERALLY PUSHED my dog AWAY/ off her. Our whole family and her own husband were all there and witnessed THIS. Dog sitters claim THEY LOVE ANIMALS????????? No, that was not obvious at all, couldn’t tell. We profoundly regret booking with them. God knows what else they did to my dog in that appt. LAZY and UNSUPPORTIVE On a call w/the woman dog sitter 4days before the appt, when I asked for the address (to see the place and to introduce the place to my dog BEFORE the appt), the woman REFUSED and she said the dogsitting appointment is ONLY gonna be for one night anyway, so it’s NOT necessary. Turned out she was dead wrong and IT WAS CRITICALLY NECESSARY. It was her home, I didn’t want to impose, so, I dropped it- and we never saw the place before the appt. The woman was too lazy to accommodate me- a pet owner with a fully paid appt - who wanted to see the place and introduce the place to my dog BEFORE the appt. She was so so dead wrong in thinking it was not necessary. WOULDNT LISTEN On the day of the appt, when I started explaining about my English bulldog, she cut me off and didn’t wanna hear the specific details and said, “Ive watched English bulldogs before.” So, she should’ve Known to STOP petting the dog, should’ve known bulldogs get overstimulated. THATS WHY I ASKED FOR THE ADDRESS and to check out the place before the appt. Turned out, she was dead wrong AGAIN because we got a phone call@3:46AM because they didn’t know what to do with my dog- and asked us to pick up the dog early. SINCE THEY HAVE NO PETS, SEEMS THEY MAY NOT REALLY LIKE ANIMALS at all They just want to watch easy dogs for “easy” money. If your dog has specific needs, you will get a phone call with complaints and whining, at such ungodly hours because they don’t know what to do THEY DONT know how to handle dogs. Worst yet, they will ask you to pick up your dog early. A 2day-long, fully PAID FOR appt., turned out to be less than 26 hrs long. RUDE AND DEFINITELY UNPROFESSIONALS On the day of pick up, the wife didn’t even say anything, just went back in the house, and SHUT THE DOOR while we were on their porch picking up our dog!! I’m sure you’re tired, Kelsey and Corey, go ahead and sleep. Do you deny any of these events that I put in this review??? No, you can’t because they actually happened- ALL OF IT. Do NOT L LEAVE YOUR DOGS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
