I've had dogs of all sizes growing up, from smaller terrier mixes with high anxiety to large happy-go-lucky labs! I recently moved to the area and previously volunteered with the shelter in my old city for two years. While at the shelter I dog sat for many other volunteers, including the director of our shelter who had multiple dogs with behavioral considerations. Through my work with that shelter I've gone through a lot of behavioral training and am comfortable with dogs who have a range of considerations. I had my own chocolate lab who had high anxiety, resource guarding, and a bite record before he crossed the rainbow bridge. When watching dogs I like to learn what kinds of triggers they may have and am very comfortable with making those kinds of accomodations to make sure they're as comfortable as possible. I can also work with puppies on basic training if requested.
