After growing up with a cocker spaniel and Doberman Pinscher, I love dogs big and small. I have house sat various breeds, from pit-terriers to Australian Shepherds. While much of my other animal experience is personal rather than professional, I have worked in people's homes for a number of years caring for elderly persons. These positions required having respect for other people's environments, mutual trust, and clear communications with families. In caring for your pets, I would bring that same level of care. I would love to meet you and your dogs and see if we would make a good team. Ideally I could provide recurring walking visits for your dog(s), either in your neighborhood or out on trails during extended visits. In the next several months I plan to attend a canine trainers academy to learn positive based obedience methods! I've listed my current availability. I am however flexible if you needed increased hours in the future.
