Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Kelsea and I am currently living in Tempe, looking to walk your pup anywhere in the Tempe area. I have been a dog person since the day I was born and I look forward to every moment I get with pups, from walking, to snuggling, to socializing, to swimming and more! In fact, when I'm in a social setting, I immediately see if there's a dog anywhere I can pet! My past experience with dogs include house/dog sitting multiple times a year for a family who has two dogs, one of whom has requires a lot of playtime for his high-energy personality, and the other who needs lots of snuggling! I’ve done this for 10+ years for them. I’ve also had past experiences with Rover. My dog’s name is Maya, a sweet old gal at 11 years old. She’s a German Shepherd/Black lab mix who is honestly my best friend. I'd love to have more best dog friends, and I hope that can be found with your doggy as well!

Kelsea is a delightful young lady who is also a reliable and considerate pet caregiver. She is clean and tidy and our dogs adore her which tells me that she cares for them as if they were her own. Kelsea follows instructions well and keeps me informed on how the dogs are doing while we are away; giving me great peace of mind. It's always tough to leave beloved pets behind when you travel but knowing they are with Kelsea makes it much easier.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Kelsea for many years now and have personally witnessed her love for all animals, but especially dogs. She is energetic, kind, and patient. Having been a dog owner almost her whole life, she is also familiar with training and handling misbehaviors in a firm but respectful manner. She is great at communicating, extremely trustworthy, and full of honesty and integrity in everything she does; these are vital traits when it comes to leaving your fur baby with someone else! I know I'd trust her with mine any day.

I keep my eyes on pup as much as possible, providing snuggles or play time, whatever it is they’re in the mood for. In my home I do have a pool that is in fenced, but would make safety my top priority. In addition, I have a senior dog who likes to sniff and then lay down. As she is older she doesn’t play much.

I really love big dogs, and would love to know whether or not they are social dogs so I can best prepare the walk location ahead of time! It is also important to know how your dog/dogs are around other dogs/people, and whether or not they can socialize with random walkers.
A typical day
We will walk near parks so we can stop and run around, and I’m happy to go on as long of walks as your Doggo requires. I’m well aware that the more sniffs we get, the better the walk!

Availability
I’m currently unemployed but keep busy during the day with things around the house and some freelance work. I do best with advanced notice. I also want to be transparent that I would like to remain in the Tempe/Mesa area, and am not looking to expand into the west side at this time. Thank you ❤️
