Kelly and her family were amazing with my dog Tiko. She was very quick to respond to my initial message and always responded quickly to all future messages. She was very flexable in finding a time for the meet and greet and was very understanding of my specific requirements and timing for boarding. She always sent me pictures which was very reassuring. At first my dog was very anxious and Kelly took the time to figure out how to make him feel at home and even went out and bought a toy just to make sure that he could be happy and play ball for a longer period of time. As long as I am in LA I will be using Kelly for all boarding!

I am so glad I found Kelly to watch my precious paws. I'm always a bit nervous to leave my little guy ( Maximus) with a stranger because he is so shy and timid. Kelly was super warm, gentle and patient with him when I dropped him off. He didn't warm up right away which is typical of him. However, Kelly's energy made me feel very comfortable and assured that he was safe. She provided pics and answered my texts right away. The crazy part was when I picked him up the next day, my little guy didn't want to leave the house. His tail was up (great sign he is comfortable) and as I sat on her couch to chat he ran over to her and sat on her lap. I was blown away! He must have really felt safe and at home. My dog knows good people and good vibes!!! So I'm super happy and thankful I found someone I could trust.
