We were traveling in our RV, a long way from home, and needed someone who could handle our three little rescues for a day on short notice. Kelly was a gem and we're so glad to have found her on Dogvacay. She even squeezed in a meet-and-greet before the day she'd be on her own with the pack, short as the time was. Our Cassie may only be 12 lbs, but her fear-aggression behavior can intimidate even experienced dog people. Kelly was respectful, but never backed down. No one could be expected to fully win Cassie's heart in just one day, but Kelly proved she could handle her competently and compassionately -- and her two elderly pack-mates, too, all at the same time. At the end of the day, our kids were happy and healthy ... and so was Kelly! That's a big win! Kelly was fast to respond to all communications, sent text updates throughout the day so I didn't need to worry, and even sent a photo of her walking all three dogs. If I need help again while we're here, I'll call Kelly, and I recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy and capable sitter-walker-handler. Thank you, Kelly!
