Kellyann was absolute a pleasure to work with. Every aspect from speed of response, to quality of communications, to instilling confidence, to clarity in our planning, to sharing photos and updates about my dog, to dropping him off when my return was delayed. She treated Max better that I would have done had I been home. I could tell how disappointed he was this morning to wake up without Kellyann and her energy and attentiveness. She truly is one of Rover's Best, and an awesome person. If you are lucky enough to work with her, rest assured that your dog will come home spoiled and dreaming about you going out of town again!
