Availability
Drop offs and pick ups are scheduled between 8a and 5p. I know my schedule in advance so there can be total transparency in my availability. Our office hours are 8a to 5p. Pick up and drop off can be arranged during those hours or on alternate days. If you need to come before or after 8a-5p there may be additional charges.

We spend a lot of time outside on nice days. We're in a wonderful location with plenty of shady trees. We play fetch outside and in the evening we lounge around in the family room, cuddled up with the pups.

Please be transparent about your pets special needs or behaviors. I give unconditional care for all stages of life. I want to create a safe environment for all so we don't board agressive dogs. Dogs respond differently when they are in a new environment with strangers, please know your pets preferences before boarding them. We can't take dogs that have been sick within the past 24 hours. All dogs must have updated rabies vaccination records and a routine flea/tick preventative. All dogs should have a local veterinarian in case of emergencies. Please provide everything that your dog will need including extra food. Visits can be extended due to bad weather and travel delays. Please wait to try new foods or treats until the pups have returned home. Please include written instructions for meals. Last minute bookings might not have the option for a meet and greet. Please book trip dates in advance in order to ensure that we have availability. We prefer not to take new clients on major holidays so please schedule a trial overnight prior to a trip on a holiday. On holidays, I try to accommodate all clients. If you're booking on a holiday, please expect that I will have more pups than usual.
A typical day
I believe physical and mental stimulation is important for pets. We have a variety of toys in the house and outside in the yard thanks to a monthly subscription to Bark box. If you bring toys, we can't guarantee that they will come home. We always appreciate toy donations. Our turfgrass playground offers an opportunity for safe, clean fun. We aspire to create a relaxing environment for us and the dogs. Excluding holidays, we are comfortable with a maximum of 4 pups. They are well exercised and there's space for them to spread their paws.

Boarding and Daycare: Drop offs and pick ups are scheduled between 8a and 5p. We provide an "at home" atmosphere for all sizes. Pups are allowed on the furniture and roam freely inside the house. We don't crate them, unless you request that. Our wooded acre lot includes a four-foot fence and a turfgrass playground. We have two shady decks that make great lounging areas. We spend a lot of time outside on nice days. Visiting dogs should be well socialized and like other dogs. I have two dogs. Sometimes I do leave the house. Reasons: walk a pup, errands, drop off/ pick up a pup at their house. I would be gone for an hour or so. Sometimes my husband helps out. I don't work outside of the house otherwise. I offer multiple services to my clients to benefit all situations. Unfortunately, I can't accommodate dogs with severe separation anxiety or aggression towards people or other dogs.

Kelly was awesome again with our 3 cats! Considering that we had just been gone for a week and then turned around and went out of town again, our cats didn't seem anxious at all when we got home! They quickly got back into their "normal" routine without any issues!
Kelly is excellent to work with - updated us frequently and sent lots of photos. She has a wonderful, loving home!
