I have experience caring for large dogs from puppyhood to old age, including giving medicine, basic first aid (cleaning cuts and changing bandages) and potty training. I've also handled multiple dogs at once and am familiar with the importance for dogs to have a routine and lots of time outside. I'm also okay with getting dirty, tussling on the grass or playing in the snow. While I am not a runner, I do enjoy taking long walks, in excess of 45 minutes, and would love a dog for company. I'm comfortable with not just dogs but also cats and a variety of caged animals as well. My work schedule can be flexible if needed but I primarily work 9-6 on weekdays. I'm also fine with spending all day on Saturday with the dog, giving them the company most love.
